Seems the idea has gotten popular with our daily callers. They loved what was being done and so we decided to keep going adding more names each day. Throughout the month of October we have added a Joy Full moment as part of our twenty minute daily call and the result has been that callers remark how much better they feel too.
We know our purpose has been to become the vessel for others by bringing up our joyful thoughts and then sending it out through the vehichle of laughter to our friends and family who would be filled by it. Though to be the vessel one must fill themselves and so each day we do just that imagining and visualizing the joy.
Sometimes it brings along with it the feeling of the anticipation of Joy, sometimes it is the knowing of those we give it to and sometimes it is just about being in the moment of it all. That is where the opportunity comes to get cleanly out of the way and become the vessel that fills and spreads the laughter for all.
As of this date October 30, 2010 we have asked each day for more names and included them along. Today we have 145 names to add to our list that are logged into our hearts instead of this post. This month has been an experiment where we simply just held the names without a lot of fanfare and we did not read the list, we simply felt them adding a few new ones each day.
We will continue on in November as long as it feels good to do so. Join in the fun each day on your own terms, just put your hands over your heart feel the joy for those you love and allow their love to fill you and then simply begin to laugh expanding the arms outward as you laugh into your body filling it with joy.
We have discovered that one full minute of joy is equal to 300 laughs and on October 27th the 300th day of the year we figured this out that if you laughed a “HA” and did this 300 times one whole minute would elapse….how neat it was!
